Welcome to church this new Lord’s Day. Each Sunday we are given the privilege to worship the King of kings and Lord of lords.  “Let us be glad and rejoice and give honor to Him…(Rev. 19:7)”–as given by the Father and revealed to us as blessed Saviour of sinners by the Holy Spirit by means of His word, and especially the preaching of the Word.

Our Sunday School and Catechism classes meet following the morning service, after a time of fellowship and refreshments. All visitors are most welcome to attend these classes. We pray God’s blessing on this additional ministry and instruction in the light of His word and express thanks to all who have a leadership role in each of the particular classes.

Quotes to reflect on:

“It is impossible for Christ not to be where His people are, nor for His people not to be where He is!” Dr. M. Barrett

“All the books of Sacred Scripture far surpass all other writings.” John Calvin

“No amount of human consensus can overturn the truth of God…The final appeal for Christians is not any national court or international convention, or the court of public opinion, but the Word of God.” Reformation Heritage Study Bible note on Romans chapter 3:4

“Men [people] do not understand that they need repentance….This is the mischief sin has done; it has not only made us sick—but senseless.” Thomas Watson

“A sinner’s heart is like a field spread with dung. Some think sin is an ornament; it is rather an excrement.” Thomas Watson
